It is reported that during the course of this Petition, Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No. 11 of 2020, in which, the impugned order of the Trial Court was challenged was dismissed on 30.03.2021.

2. It is further reported that Regular Civil Suit No. 131/2017/D, from which, the present Petition arises, challenging the rejection of an Application for temporary injunction was also dismissed on 01.03.2021. It is stated that consequently, the present Petition is rendered infructuous.
