Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that no inconvenience is going to be caused even if, condition no. (C) is not modified. However, I find that the purpose of order passed on 10.08.2015 having been already served, there would be no difficulty in modifying condition (C) of the order.

3. Accordingly, condition (C) is modified. It is directed that the applicant, instead of attending the office of the I.O. once in a week on every Monday, now shall attend the office of the I.O. as and when required by the I.O. and shall co-operate with the investigating

CRMA/38/2016 agency.

4. Application is disposed of.
