The parties have otherwise settled their disputes amongst themselves on substantial points. However, what remains now is a vehicle being a Fiat car which is presently lying at the residence of the respondent's mother at Chinchinim. It is suggested to the parties that the vehicle should be towed to the work place of the appellant for which the respondent shall bear 50% of the towing charges. Nothing else will survive in this appeal which accordingly stands disposed off. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
