Heard Mr. S. Malik, learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

This is an application seeking condonation of delay to challenge the Registrar's order dated 11.01.2019 dismissing the applicant's Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Mr. Malik has pointed out that the applicant was appearing in person and on account of hypertension could not pursue the matter with diligence. Mr. Malik states that, if now, an opportunity is granted, the applicant will take steps within the time limit that could be indicated by this Court. st April 2022

With regard to the submissions as also the averments made in the civil application, the delay is condoned and further the order of the Registrar dated 11.01.2019 is also set aside. The petitioner's Writ Petition is restored to file. 5.

Mr. Malik states that now the office objections will be cleared within three weeks from today. If the office objections are not cleared within three weeks, then the petition to stand dismissed for non-prosecution without any further reference to this Court.
