During the course of hearing of the above petition, the challenge by the petitioners was with regard to "Night Market" permitted at Arpora village. Shri Nadkrni, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.12 points out that the permission granted by the local Panchayat has already expired as it was till 31.5.2017 and is not subject to any further renewal. In such circumstances, the issues raised in the above petition are merely academic. Hence, the petition stands disposed of on the said ground keeping all the contentions of the petitioners open.
