2. These Misc. Applications seek condonation of delay and restoration of Writ Petition, which came to be dismissed for non-clearance of office objections.

3. Having perused the reasons set out in both the applications, a case 15th December, 2023

MCA 837 of 2019 is made out for condonation of delay and also restoration of the Writ Petition. An additional reason for allowing these applications is the assurance by Mr. Malik that the office objections in the main Writ Petition will now be cleared without giving any excuses within a maximum period of three weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, both these Civil Applications are allowed. The Writ Petition is restored by recording Mr. Malik's statement that office objections would be cleared within three weeks from today without fail.

5. Both the Applications are disposed of.
