2. The Trial court has disposed of this petition on 08/08/2023.

3. Since the present petition arises from this proceeding, whereas the concerned proceeding is withdrawn, nothing survives in this Petition.

4. MCA No. 338/2022 does not survive and accordingly, disposed of.
