This application is for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 26.4.2021 in Misc. Civil Application(Main) No.589/2021/F. 2.

The marriage between the parties was dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, by the Family Court at Pune.

By order dated 26.4.2021, this Court had ratified the said

930-MCA-76-22.DOC judgment and decree granting liberty to the parties to approach the Registrar for "dissolution of the marriage"

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the parties that in the absence of the registration number of the marriage, the Sub-Registrar has shown inability to cancel the entry. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the parties submit that appropriate correction may be made in the order dated 26.4.2021. "In such circumstances, paragraph 5 of the order shall read as under:- "In the aforesaid background, the decree for dissolution of the marriage between the parties registered against entry no. 43 of 2017 is hereby ratified. The Civil Registrar shall take appropriate steps for cancellation of the said entry."

Necessary correction may be carried out in the original order dated 26.4.2021 and corrected order shall be uploaded. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
