A grievance in the above petition is that though the petitioner had tendered the amount payable to the Communidade for transfer of the plot in favour of the third party after complying with the requirements of the Code of Communidate, no further action was taken by the communidade as their bank accounts were freezed. By an order dated 23/06/2016, an interim arrangement has been worked out to enable the concerned Communidate to operate a bank account. In such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Communidade with his aforesaid request in accordance with the law.

WP/289/2016 With the above observations present petition stands disposed off. Liberty to the petitioner to apply.
