Heard Ms. Rosette Pereira for the applicant and Mr. Manish Salkar, learned Government Advocate, who appears for the State.

First Appeal No.20/2016 was disposed of by Judgment and Order dated 18.02.2022.

Now by this miscellaneous application, the applicant points out that respondent no.1(a) in the said appeal i.e. Smt. Alice Vas th March 2022

2-MCA-59-2022.DOC E Barbosa had expired on 18.11.2019 and this fact remained to be communicated to the Court. This application therefore seeks a correction in the cause title in the appeal memo as well as the judgment and order dated 18.02.2022. Ms. Pereira also states that the legal representatives of late Smt. Alice Barbosa are already on record. The application also makes this statement in paragraph 3.

The application is not opposed by Mr. Salkar, the learned Government Advocate.

Accordingly, correction to be carried out in the memo of appeal as well as in the judgment and order dated 18.02.2022 disposing of First Appeal No.20/2016. Such correction to be carried out by the Registry. The correction to be carried out in the original Judgment and Order as also the one uploaded on the website.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application No.59/2022 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
