This is an application for stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 10th December, 2014. The appeal has already been admitted. Hence, the operation of the impugned judgment is stayed, subject to the applicant depositing in this Court the amount so awarded within 10 weeks from today. After such amount is deposited, Registry is directed to invest such amount in a fixed deposit of a Nationalised Bank initially for the period of two years and the same shall be renewed from time to time, until the disposal of the above appeal. Liberty to the respondents to apply for

CA/153/2015 withdrawal of the amount and if such application is filed, the same shall be examined in accordance with law.
