The Petitioner seek refund of the stamp duty as well as the registration fee, and the learned Additional Government Advocate has instructions to make a statement that as far as the registration fee is concerned, it is already refunded and the learned Counsel for the Petitioner do not deny this statement.

As regards the stamp duty, the learned Additional Government Advocate has instructions to make a statement that the same shall be refunded within a period of three weeks from today. Accepting the 23rd June, 2025
