Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for respondent no.2.

2. Issue notice to respondent no.1, returnable on 3/3/2016.

3. Meanwhile, the substantive sentence of imprisonment passed on 31/1/2012 is hereby suspended until further orders, on condition that the applicant shall deposit in this Court the compensation amount of Rs.32,000/- (Rupees thirty two thousand only) within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. It is also directed that the

CRMA/39/2016 applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) together with one surety in the like sum. The bail bond shall be executed before the learned Registrar of this Court and shall be subject to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar of this Court.
