When this Court was not inclined to entertain the criminal revision application favourably, on instructions from both the petitioners, who are present before the Court, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the criminal revision application. This criminal revision application is yet to be admitted.

3. In such circumstances, the criminal revision application is disposed of as withdrawn.
