It is reported that the sole petitioner has expired. The learned Counsel who was earlier appearing for the petitioner has expressed the difficulty to appear since he has been appointed as Additional Government Advocate. However, at our request, he did make attempts to contact the legal representatives of the petitioner but was not successful.

2. Accordingly, we dispose of this petition but grant liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to pursue the matter, if they so desire.
