By an order dated 25/11/2016 in C.A. No.73/2016, the applicant was permitted to deposit an amount of Rs.6 Crores within six weeks from the date of the order.

2. By the present application, the applicant is seeking modification of the said order. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions from Mr. Meghnath Parab, the Director of Lotteries, who is present, states that the deposit will be made within four weeks from today.

3. The learned Counsel for the respondent opposes the application.

4. However, considering the reasons as stated in the

MCA/177/2017 application and the specific submission, the order dated 25/11/2016 is modified. The applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.6 Crores within four weeks from today.

5. The application is disposed of.
