It is pointed out by Ms. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants that the respondent No.3 expired after the Judgment was reserved and before passing of the Judgment by the learned Lower Appellate Court.

In view of the said statement, the application stands allowed. The LRs. are directed to be impleaded. Needless to say, objections, if any, of the LRs. of the deceased respondent No.3, are left open. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
