Ms. Razaq, learned Advocate submits that though only delay was condoned by the then learned Company Judge, however no orders were passed on the other reliefs claimed in the said application and yet the proceedings were shown as disposed off.

2. On a perusal of the records there appears force in her contention that the application came to be mistakenly disposed off without adverting to the other reliefs claimed therein.

3. In view of the above, the company application stands restored to the file.

4. Ms. Razaq, learned Advocate prays for the reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) and (c).

5. The reliefs granted in terms of the prayer clause (a) and (c).
