1. On perusal of the pleadings in the Petition seeking a direction for quashing and setting aside the decision of the Respondent-authorities to stack the street vendors from the property bearing survey no. 121 of Chicalim, which, according to the Petitioner, has created nuisance for himself as well as the residents of the locality and since we find that the Petition is lacking in the necessary particulars to entertain the case of the Petitioner of nuisance, 12th June, 2025

WP 278 of 2024 the Counsel seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file the Petition as a Public Interest Litigation espousing the cause of all those residing in neighbourhood.

Upon a request being made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn on the instructions of the Petitioner, needless to state, with the liberty as availed by the learned Counsel.
