This is an application for bringing the LRs of the appellant no.1 on record.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to file Vakalatnama of the proposed LRs within two weeks from today. It is submitted that the proposed LRs namely Naguesh Bandodkar and Gulabo Sawant, who are son and daughter of the deceased appellant no.1 are already on record as appellant nos.2 and 3. In such circumstances, the applicants are permitted to bring on record the LRs at Serial No.1(ii) and 1(iv to x) as LRs

MCA/445/2018 of the deceased appellant no.1. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
