Nevertheless we find that expedition is applied for in respect of Special Criminal Case No.10/2012 (Old) and NDPS Case No.28/17 (New) pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge FTC, Mapusa, Goa.

Since this is a old matter we direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge FTC or any other competent Court before whom this case may be actually pending to dispose of as

2 3 WPCR 55-2020 expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 6 months from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order. 4.

Th petitioners to produce authenticated copy of this order before the concerned Court.
