Nevertheless we find that expedition is applied for in respect of Special Criminal Case NDPS No.28/2010 pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa, Goa. 3.

Since this is an old matter we direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge or any other competent Court before whom this case may be actually pending to dispose of as

2 4 WPCR 56-2020 expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 6 months from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order. 4.

The petitioners to produce authenticated copy of this order before the concerned Court.
