2. This is an application for intervention.

3. Mr. Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner opposes intervention of the applicants in the petition, as according to him, neither they are necessary parties nor they are proper parties to the petition.

4. It is not disputed that the reliefs sought by the petitioner would ultimately affect right, if any, of the intervenors. Hence, applicants are permitted to intervene in the above petition.
