The learned Advocate General for Respondents No.1 and 2, on instructions, states that in view of declaration of Election Code of Conduct, the notice inviting tender could not be issued though the same is ready. He further states that Respondents No.1 and 2 may be permitted to issue the tender notice within two days and to complete the process within three months from the date of issuance of such tender invitation. The statement is accepted. It is made clear that this being a Court matter, the Code of Conduct will not come in the way of Respondents No.1 and 2 to issue the tender.

Respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to issue the tender notice within two days from today and to complete the process within three months from the date of invitation of the tender. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Advocate General, no further directions are required to be issued in this petition. In the event of breach of the order of this Court, the Petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 4.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
