Ms. Razaq places on record communication dated 09.02.2021 issued by the Income Tax Officer to the Branch Manager of Bank of India withdrawing the notice of attachment of the bank account of the petitioner. The communication states that henceforth the bank can carry out the normal transactions in respect of the petitioner's account number.

According to us, the aforesaid notice dated 09.02.2021 redresses the grievance of the petitioner in this petition.

WP No.176/20 4.

The appeal as well as the application for interim reliefs made therein to be disposed of by the concerned authorities on their own merits and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
