Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
The grievance made by the Petitioner is that inspite of various complaints made to the Respondents-Public Authorities, they are not taking any action against the illegal structure constructed by Respondent No.1 and other illegalities as alleged in the petition.

We have not gone into the merits of the complaints made by the Petitioner, but since the Petitioner has made complaints as to the Public Authorities, they will have to take some decision thereupon within a reasonable time. If the Authorities find that the structure constructed by Respondent No.1 is in violation of any provisions of law as contended by the Petitioner, the Authorities will have to proceed as per the law.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the Respondents-Authorities to take decision on the complaints of the Petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today and thereafter proceed as per the law.

Registry to send the copy of the order to the RespondentsAuthorities. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he will supply the copies of the petition to the Respondents-Authorities wherein the particulars of the complaints have been enumerated. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
