The only contention is that, although the impugned judgment was stayed on 26/11/2015 and subsequently on 17/12/2015, there was a specific direction to permit the applicant/second respondent to sign the muster roll and draw the salary, the second respondent has not been allowed to sign the muster roll nor is the salary paid for the period from 26/11/2015 to 17/12/2015.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the original petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner shall allow the applicant/second respondent to sign the muster roll for the aforesaid period and the salary bill for the aforesaid period shall be sent to the

MCA/221/2016 appropriate authority within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted. In such circumstances, no further orders are necessary.
