2. The challenge in this petition is to the orders by which the objections to the acceptance of nomination of respondent no.1 were rejected and the nomination of respondent no.1 for elections to the Village Panchayat, were accepted. This was in respect of the elections to be held in the year 2009.

3. The term of the Panchayat has already concluded. The petition has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly, dismissed as such. There shall be no order as to costs. M. S. SONAK, J.
