Ms. Linhares states that the widow of respondent no.1(a) (j), that is, Smt. Richa Bandekar is already on record and in that sense the estate is sufficiently represented. By this application, the applicant seeks to bring on record the daughter of the deceased, that is, Ms. Riya Bandekar.
