1. By order dated 13.03.2025, the Applicant was permitted to effect sale of the gold ornaments deposited with it and apply the sale proceeds of the gold to the pending outstanding loan of the Respondent No.1. The procedure of the Sale of the gold ornaments completed pursuant to which the proceed of the gold were applied to the pending loan of the Respondent. Today the Applicant's Credit Society, through its authorized representative, one Sanjay Parmekar, who is present in the Court has filed an affidavit, wherein at paragraph 9, it is stated that the Applicant has no other further claim with respect to Gold Loan Account No. 21748 and the said Gold Loan Account of 29th April, 2025

CRMA 50 of 2022 the Respondent No.1 has been closed by the Applicant. The Applicant prays for the disposal of CRMA 50/2022 and CRIA No. 6/2025, as the Applicant does not have any further grievances against Respondent No. 1.
