The petitioner who is serving on the post of Professor at the respondent no.3's college seeks a resolution of disparity in pay. It is her case that she had made various efforts to seek a resolution of the same including by making of a representation dated 19.11.2024 in that regard. Since this representation has not been decided the petitioner approached this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending before the respondent no. 2, it is directed that the same be decided in accordance with law within a period of one month from receiving a copy of this order. An opportunity of hearing shall also be granted to the petitioner. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 19th March, 2025

3. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision on the representation, she is free to seek appropriate legal redress.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
