FINAL ORDER:

As common issues are involved therefore this common final order. The learned Advocate General, on instructions, makes a statement that the concerned Department has already appointed an election officer to conduct a fresh election of the society as five years term is over. 2.

Impugned order is dated 20/12/2012. The petition is dated 6/3/2013 and called out from final hearing board today. Therefore in view of the statement made by the learned Advocate General and by keeping all contentions open, we are inclined to dispose of the petition with liberty to raise the issues by both the parties as and when the occasion comes. All the petitions are disposed off as infructuous. Rule is discharged accordingly. No costs.
