The application is taken out by the applicants to amend the intervention application in a Writ Petition, basically on the foundation based upon the material as well as the avernments so made that they are entitled for similar benefits as granted to others specifically in view of the recent 7th Central Pay Commission report. Other side has no objection for granting this amendment. Even otherwise, for a proper adjudication of the issue so raised and in the interest of justice, the application is granted, as prayed. The amendment to be carried out by 3/3/2017. Amended copy be supplied to other side.
