During the course of hearing, it was not in dispute that in view of the filing of the chargesheet, the Applicant has already moved a bail application before the concerned Sessions Judge.

2. In such circumstances, the question of entertaining the above bail application would not be justified. Hence, application stands disposed of.

3. Needless to say, the learned Session Judge shall examine the bail application on its own merits and in accordance with law. All contentions are left open.
