Mr. Agni, the learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the challenge in this petition was to the order dismissing petitioner's objections to the execution proceedings. He now points out that on 12.03.2019, the execution proceedings have been dismissed for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, he submits that the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous.
