In the present Writ Petition the order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panaji on 12/02/2013 is assailed. 2.

The learned Counsel has invited my attention to the Award delivered on 11/12/2015 in the matter of the Arbitral Proceedings instituted between the parties. In light of the said Award dated 11/12/2015, nothing survives for determination of the legality and correctness of the impugned judgment passed on 12/02/2013. A copy of Award is taken on record. 3.
