IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA

COMPANY APPLICATIONS NO.57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 85, 86,87,88,89,90,101,102 & 103 OF 2015 IN COMPANY PETITION NO.7 OF 1998 SHRI VINAYAK D. PAL ....Applicant V/S M/S.BHARATIYA DEVELOPMENT FINANCE LTD. (IN LIQUIDATION) .... Respondent Ms. Amira Razaq, Advocate for the Official Liquidator. Coram:- F. M. REIS, J.

Date:- 16th June, 2015 P.C.:

The above applications are filed for condonation of delay in filing the statement of accounts.

2.

It is made clear that the Official Liquidator is expected to ensure that the statement of accounts are filed expeditiously. In some cases, it is pointed out that the delay is of three years and the justification is that the earlier incumbent had not furnished such accounts. Bu however, I find that henceforth the Liquidator should ensure that the statement of accounts are duly filed within the time prescribed.

3.

For the reasons stated in the applications, which are supported by an affidavit, the delay stands condoned. All the applications stand disposed of accordingly.

F. M. REIS, J.
