The grievance is made against the illegal construction which is the subject matter of the petition.

2. Ms Bhat, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate on instructions of the Deputy Director submits that necessary directions have already been issued to the village panchayat on 20.2.2025 to take appropriate action on the basis of the complaint which is made by the petitioner within a period of one month.

3. In this view, at this stage, as action has already been initiated and the panchayat will have to act on the directions of the Deputy Director, we do not propose to keep the petition pending.

4. The Deputy Director is obviously seized of the matter and will take 12th March, 2025

WP 124 of 2025 necessary steps on the complaint of such illegal constructions as expeditiously as possible.

5. Liberty to apply at a later stage.
