The learned Counsel for the parties state that the term of the petitioners as a Managing Committee could have otherwise expired in the year 2021. They further report that thereafter, an election has been held for the new Board of Directors, which have taken charge in December 2022. In that view of the matter, the present Petition is rendered infructuous.
