2. Upon hearing the learned Counsels appearing for the respective parties, the only grievance of the petitioners is the non-implementation of the order passed by the local panchayat which was upheld by this Court by an order dated 9.10.2015 while disposing of the Writ Petition No.660/2014.

3. Mr. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that though all the arrangements were made by the Panchayat to carry out the demolition of the subject structure including the

WP/281/2016 demolition squad, the order could not be implemented in view of the objections raised by the private respondent no.4.

4. It is pointed out by Shri G. Naik, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.4 that the said respondent has taken steps to challenge the said order. The order was passed in October, 2015. Mr. Bhobe states that the respondent no.4 had enough time to challenge the said order and obtain interim protection if they so desired.

5. Be that as it may, we find it appropriate to dispose of the above petition by directing the concerned authorities to carry out exercise of implementing the order of demolition within a period of six weeks from today, unless there is any legal impediment to carry out such exercise.
