Heard learned Counsel for sometime.

2. These Writ Petitions were heard and were listed for pronouncement of judgment. However, the learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that the respondents/ plaintiffs shall value the suit at Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) and shall

pay maximum Court Fee of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) within a period of one week from today. This is on account of the fact that according to the respondents the valuation of the suit plots at the rate of Rs.500/- per square metre comes to Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only).

The learned Counsel for the respondents, on instruction, prays for disposal of the petition in the aforesaid terms.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners have no objection for the same.

In view of this, the petitions are disposed off by consent of the parties as under:

(i) The respondents/plaintiffs shall value the suit at Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) and shall pay maximum Court Fee of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) within a period of one week from today.

(ii) The learned Trial Court shall permit the necessary amendment to be

carried out in the plaint.

(iii) In the circumstances there shall be no order as to costs.
