Public Prosecutor submits that since after the filing of this petition the investigation is complete and the charge charge is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Mapusa. In such circumstances, the applicant would be entitled to file an application under section 451 of Cr.P.C. for release of the vehicle. Accordingly liberty is granted to the applicant to file such an application, if so advised. The learned Magistrate shall decide the application after hearing the applicant and the original complainant in accordance with law and without being influenced by
