The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Writ Petition as the petitioner is intending to file a Criminal Revision Application, against the impugned order.

3. In the event, such a Revision Application alongwith an Application for condonation of delay, is filed, the learned Sessions Judge shall have due regard to the provisions of Section 5 and Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
