2. The delay is stated to be on account of an application filed by the applicants for review before the Appellate Court which consumed 148 days. The delay of 148 days is sought to be condoned for filing the Second Appeal. The fact that the review petition was filed has not been disputed. There are no malafides attributed to the applicants. Hence, the delay stands condoned.

3. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
