Bhobe, the learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to the relief sought in the petition and, on instructions, informed us that pending the Writ Petition the authorities have acted on the petitioner's complaint and substantially redressed his grievance. Therefore, according to him, the Writ Petition does not survive for further consideration.

Under these circumstances, we close the Writ Petition as having become infructuous.
