1. The learned counsel for the Respondent has placed on record a resolution dated 18.03.2024 passed by the Village Panchayat at Chicalim, under which it has been resolved that the notice of demolition issued to the Petitioner, in view of the permissions already granted to his predecessor in title, be withdrawn.

2. The Memo in this regard, accompanied with the resolution are taken on record and marked as 'X'.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Memo and the resolution dated 18.03.2024 bearing no. 3/5. AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.
