This is an application for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 15/01/2019. The order shall read in the last three lines instead of the "Tribunal" as the "Appellate Board/District Court, North Goa". By consent of the learned Advocates the Rent Controller i.e. the Court of the Civil Judge shall decide the proceedings within six months from the date of the receipt of this order and thereafter the Appellate Board i.e. the District Court shall decide the matter within a further period of additional three months from the filing of the appeal.
