None appears for the Petitioners. It is noticed from the orders passed in the matter so far that the Petitioners are remaining absent. At an earlier juncture an Advocate appeared for the Petitioners and informed the Court that he had instructions to appear on behalf of the Petitioners. The learned Advocate sought time to prepare and at his request, the petition was stood over. Further orders passed in the matter show that on last two occasions after that date, none appeared for the Petitioners and the petition was stood over. Since there is no appearance even today, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
