This is an application for restoration of F.A. No.55/2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Respondent for the respondents. It is not necessary to issue notice to the second respondent inasmuch as, he had not appeared in the first appeal.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 22/2/2018 is recalled. First Appeal no.55/2011 is restored back to file. The First Appeal to stand for
