The Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to take action against the illegal construction allegedly done by Respondent No. 5, which is the subject matter of the present Petition.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there were several complaints made on 13.11.2020, 11.01.2021, 19.01.2021, 25th Feb. 2025

909 WP 101 OF 2025.ODT 10.11.2022 and 30.01.2025 to Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 under the provisions of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act.

This Petition could be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 to take the complaints filed by the Petitioner to its logical conclusion in terms of prayer clause (A) of the Petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed on record.

The Petition is disposed of. No costs.
